Coping with A Health Challenge

swan-on-misty-lakeThis product is specifically designed for those dealing with the emotional side of adjusting to the reality of living with a significant health challenge.

This can be particularly bewildering as we struggle to cope. However, through drawing on my own experience of having to deal with this kind of emotional adjustment myself, I provide practical tools which, among other things, will assist you in:

  • stress reduction;
  • improving your emotional as well as physical monitoring and management, including that of your energy levels;
  • devising personally-tailored strategies that will build your resilience capacity, thus promoting an increased sense of emotional well-being.

Following the initial (extended) session, which provides the opportunity for us to get to know each other and for me to gain some background as to your specific needs, together we develop a working partnership. You will find that you will be able to pace yourself, manage your health challenge more effectively, feel more in control and thus less frustrated as a result. (Typically requires a minimum of 3 sessions + initial session).

Each session is held in the strictest confidence, on a one-to-one basisĀ via Skype (you can Skype-to-Skype for free), in the comfort of your own home.
